2019年8月21日晚上18点，舒茨曼座椅公司举办首届管理层读书分享会。本次读书分享会围绕帕蒂·麦考德所著《奈飞文化手册》开展。各部门负责人阅读《奈飞文化手册》内容并依次进行心得分享，讨论了实际工作中遇到的典型问题，在愉悦轻松的氛围中交流了公司管理过程中待改进的事项并给出了建议方案。
