SCI Seating Assembly Workshop is equipped with advanced modular flexible production line, highly automatic and extendable flexibly. Full-automatic Detector and Baker ensure its high automation and flexibility, while the application of MES system ensures an error-proof process and traceable products.
SCI Frame Workshop is provided with dedicated equipment for seat structure including Automatic Welding Robots, riveting machine and tube expander; our manufacture process is managed by MES System; all seat structures must pass noise detection and EOL testing.
Equipped with advanced LOW-VOC technology, SCI Foam Workshop is able to develop raw material formula independently, and produce foam products of multi-density and hardness on 42 station automatic production line, 6 Parts automatic mixing and double robot pouring system.
